Balloon Magician Todd Neufeld stopped by WPIX Channel 11 in New York City to make patriotic balloon creations and talk about his upcoming visit to the White House to entertain at their Fourth of July bash.
Todd taught anchor Jill Nicolini how to twist balloon shapes and judged anchors Tiffany and Suki in their balloon twisting contest.
