Twisting at the Mayor’s Halloween Bash
This Halloween, TBC was honored to participate in Mayor de Blasio’s annual Gracie Mansion Halloween Bash. Located on the upper east side of Manhattan, the mayor’s home was transformed into a haunted house while we twisted balloons under the big tent and greeted hundreds of costumed NYC children and parents.
