Twisted Balloon Company Artist Joel does David Blaine’s daughter’s birthday!
Joel, one of New York City’s favorite balloon artists, just celebrated with magician David Blaine’s family. He entertained daughter Dessa and her friends and family for her 2nd birthday party! Joel made dozens of balloon wearables, characters, animals and other fun creations for the children and adults at a small private NYC club.
