Twistin' Todd Neufeld appears on the "Late Night With David Letterman" show   On April 25th, 2008, right after his monologue, Dave Letterman announced a special guest -- balloon artist Todd Neufeld. Todd was chosen to be the next artist in the "make a portrait of Biff Henderson" series. Todd made a detailed sculpture of Biff during the course of show, which Dave proclaimed as "impressive".
