On Thursday, March 20th the Dallas Mavericks hosted, “IN THE PAINT: An Evening of Art + Entertainment with the Mavs,” an exclusive event for the club’s VIP season ticket holders. The party was packed with activities; a 360 degree photo booth, live art with collaboration from the players, 20 “Mavs-inspired” custom backboards created by local artists, face painting, and autographs from all of the players and coaches.
Todd and Tawney Bubbles twisted a 10-foot figure of Maverick’s star power forward, Dirk Nowitzki, as a photo-op. Todd posed with Dirk and “balloon Dirk” as well as some lucky fans throughout the evening. Center Bernard James, got in on the balloon twisting action with a blue woven balloon hat, as did the dancers, modeling their flowers below.
